Revoke the Mayor's powers to charge for a Clean Air Zone

Over £50 million spent on the cameras and signs for this ridiculous tax on working people.

I have consistently spoken up for the people of Bury against the Labour mayor's plan to charge. We do not need this plan and he should not have the power to implement it.
