East Lancashire Railway (ELR) has been a huge part of our community in Bury for many years and its infrastructure is just as integral as the steam and diesel engines that rely on it for the safety of their passengers and crew.
That is why I am supporting ELR’s bid for funding from the Community Ownership Fund so that Higher Woodhill Viaduct can get the necessary renovations it needs to be able to keep functioning safely.
