🌧 Bury, Ramsbottom and Tottington are set to benefit from the Government’s record £5.2 billion investment in flood defences.

☔️ Around 1,000 schemes across England will receive investment in the first year of the programme, with 6 of them protecting homes right here in Bury North.

These schemes are:

🔹Ramsbottom Flood Mitigation Scheme

🔹Redvales Flood Risk Management Scheme

🔹New Street Culvert, Tottington

🔹Mill Brook, Hollymount

🔹Lumb Carr Culvert

🔹Harwood Road Culvert, Tottington
